President - Chuck Schoville

Chuck Schoville was a Tempe Police Gang Unit Sergeant from 1995 - 2007, and was a member of the Tempe Police Department from 1982 - 2007. In addition to serving as the President of AZGIA, Chuck is a strong supporter and member of the Texas, Midwest, Great Lakes, International Latino and Major Gang Task Force Associations. Chuck also serves as East Valley Gang Task Force Chairman and is the Vice President of the International Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators Association, “IOMGIA”. Chuck has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northern Arizona University

Vice President - Jeff Cutler

Jeff Cutler is a Sergeant with the Mesa Police Department, Mesa Arizona. He started his career in Law Enforcement January 1997. Jeff Cutler has served in various assignments in the Mesa Police Department including Field Training Officer, Gang Liaison Officer, Bike Officer and 4 years as a Gang Detective before being promoted in 2006. Jeff Cutler has served as VP for the East Valley Gang Taskforce since 2005 and was elected to VP of the Arizona Gang Investigators Association in 2007. Jeff Cutler is the chairman of the 2008 AZGIA Conference.  Jeff Cutler has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from ASU and a Masters in Organizational Management from the
University of Phoenix.

Secretary - Elliot Sneezy

Elliot Sneezy is a Detective with Prescott Police Department.  Elliot started his Law Enforcement with the San Carlos Tribal Police Department in 1994.  Elliot has worked as a Patrol Officer, Detective, and Assistant Coordinator for the Apache Police Gang Unit.  Elliot assisted with the creation of the Apache Police Gang Unit on the San Carlos Reservation.  In 1998 Elliot transferred to the Prescott Police Department.  Elliot worked as a Patrol Officer, Bicycle Officer, Youth & Gang Officer, and SWAT as a Negotiator.  Elliot is currently assigned to the Investigation Division as a Detective.  Elliot is the Chair-Person of The Tri-City Gang Prevention Task Force in Yavapai County and created the Rural Area Gang Seminar (R.A.G.S.). In addition to being the Secretary of AZGIA, Elliot is also the Vice President for the Northern Region of AZGIA.

Treasurer - Mike Carleton

Mike Carleton has been a Tempe Police Officer since September 1999. Mike has been assigned to the Special Investigations Bureau as a Gang Detective for the last 5 years. Prior to becoming a gang detective Mike was assigned to patrol as a Gang Liaison Officer and the Patrol A.C.T.I.O.N. Team.  Mike has a Bachelor of Arts in Police Sciences from Ottawa University and is finishing a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on Higher Education from Northern Arizona University.  He is currently a member of the Latino Gang Investigators Association and serves as the Treasurer of the East Valley Gang Task Force which he has been a member of for the last 7 years.
